Dear all,
I am looking for a budget-friendly place to rent on a long-term basis, essentially, a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (furnished). Hygiene is of utmost importance. My online search has led me to nowhere.
Kindly please help me with the search. My budget is maximum INR 20,000 or less. No brokers, please.

This is a reasonable question and many expats have a hard time finding accommodation in Delhi. This is because the high demand for housing makes prices skyrocket. See our Accommodation in Delhi page for insights into the types of accommodation and what renting in Delhi is like. Are you moving for a job in Delhi? Often expats can find accommodation through the help of their employers or by networking and asking contacts through the job or other means if they can help. Otherwise, others on this forum may also be able to help.
Have you checked newspaper listings? This is another good option if you are in the country. There are also various online portals which I am sure you have tried. Although you say no brokers, expats are advised to seek the help of a real estate agent. This may cost a small fee, but in the end, you are most likely to find the accommodation to suit your needs.
