Hi. I am looking to move to Geneva for work (will be employed by Geneva based company prior to move). I am a UK national living in the UK. I am struggling to find accommodation that is affordable in Switzerland and am considering living across the border in France, and commuting in. In the old days when part of the EU, it would have been easy - I'd have just moved there. However, now that UK is a 3rd Country, would I be allowed by France to move there if I'm not working there in this manner? I know that the Swiss Visa I'd get would be different and other logistics such as taxation may be trickier to work out. I'm struggling to find any clear advice on this. Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction please?
