I was just wondering what the job market is like for Educators in the Netherlands. I am interested in learning and being part of an International school. Currently, I have been a middle school and high school Principal for 10 years in the US. I have been reading about both the culture and schooling approach and I am very interested.

That's great! When are you hoping to move? The job market for teachers may vary across the Netherlands, particularly based on the language of instruction and whether there are international schools following an international curriculum in the area. I do not speak from personal experience, so I hope that someone from the Netherlands can reach out to you regarding the job market for teachers, educators and school administrators. Thank you. I have looked at several, but struggle with finding a sense of need. I noticed there were not that many recruitment groups...So I was not sure how read into that. Thank you for the info...I plan to speak with a few schools directly after I look more into structure and inner-connectivity of districts and groups.
