We have been living in Spain for just over a year now - in a town called Maella in the Zaragoza, Aragon area. (about 2hrs west of Barcelona - inland). We purchased a finca (farm) and have renovated an existing stone home and have built a new home on the property.

We are currently planning to relocate to the UK for a period of time and are wanting to either rent out our property on a long term lease basis (minimum 3 months - up to a year) or to sell the property outright.

We have 2 hectares of land with olive trees and the buildings (all renovated and fully furnished including all solar, water systems etc installed) are collectively 80m2 in size.

Is there any forum or way that we would be able to advertise the above?

Regards Wendy

Hi Wendy,

We unfortunately don't allow advertisements on the site. However, you would do well to place what sounds like a beautiful home on the online listings. In this day and age, this is the preferred method for both locals and expats when renting or purchasing property.

Brett

Hi Brett - thanks for the response - do you perhaps know of any good sites to advertise on?

No problem Wendy.

Most importantly, I think you should check out Spanish Property Insight. On it you'll find informative, current articles on Spanish property trends and their relationship to ongoing events in other countries.

Its owner, a Brit with an extensive knowledge of the Spanish property market by the name of Mark Stucklin, summarises it quite well:

"Whether you want to buy or sell a Spanish property, or simply get the most out of your home in Spain, this website is for you. Whatever you need, you'll find the solutions here."

I would also suggest Kyero. They have an incredbly large listing database and are also modern and up-to-date with their interface.

Something more simple but I'm sure no less effective is Spain Houses, another site that allows you to publish your property for free.

Hope these are enough to get you started!
