You'll have to check the voltage on your appliances. The voltage in Vietnam is 220V, 50Hz, and the plugs are have two pins, which are either flat or round. From what I understand, plugs in India can vary so I think it would be best to do a Google search and compare what your plugs look like to what the plugs in Vietnam look like, to see if they match. You should also check the voltage of your devices (should be somewhere on the device or its packaging, or you may be able to find the info online), to see if the voltage is compatible.
